Unabashedly, Cheryl B. makes this admission: “I'm a pet lover, yes!”
That explains why Cheryl uses Seedonk software, along with a camera that is focused 24/7 on two dogs in her backyard. Cheryl has five dogs total, but two, both Shepherd mixes, are in kennels when she is away. And from her desk at the nuclear power plant where she works, she keeps a close eye on them. “I want to make sure they don't get out and no one gets into the yard,” says Cheryl, a resident of Central Florida, with a chuckle.
At work, Cheryl has a smartphone affixed underneath her computer screen and takes peeks “all the time.”
Coincidentally, while she was speaking, the two dogs, named Jesse and Maya, were lying down and staring directly at camera, almost as if they knew they were the subject of conversation.
In all seriousness, Cheryl is sold on Seedonk's reliability. Whereas other software prompted “forced closed” situations, that hasn't been the case with Seedonk. “This thing never goes down,” she cites. It is so important for a system that monitors your own possessions to never crash and to always be there when you need it.
